We had a blast this weekend with our dear friends from S. Carolina, the Armands. They drove through tornados, rain, and flooding, just so that we could all hang out and weather tropical storm Fay together-! By Sat. afternoon, we were blessed with a brief pause in the rain so that we could get to the pool and the slides. The kids and daddys loved that. Ellen and I managed to squeeze in some shopping, and the hubbies got a round of golf in on Sunday, too. The kids, David, nearly 4, Sarah, nearly 1 1/2, and Nathan, nearly 1, seemed to have a great time playing, eating, sleeping, and playing some more all weekend. David enjoyed himself so much, that he informed Dr. Jason and me that he would like to stay with us forever. And I truly believe that seeing these kids run all over the house was the catalyst to Nathan taking his first step on Sat. the 23rd!! So proud. Enjoy the link to great pictures, below.
