Neighborhood Festival

We went to an elaborate outdoor festival with some bbq, a little kiddie train, a playground, and a petting zoo on Saturday while Jason was on call. The petting zoo didn't go over as well as I'd hoped. The animals were absolutely adorable - baby bunnies, a baby cow, a baby horse, baby sheep and pigs, chickens and ducks, etc... unfortunately, Nathan tried to stand on the bunnies, so we had to leave the area immediately. Later, a light bulb went off - he has a fuzzy toy at home that makes animal noises when you push or stand on it!! Anyway, we hung out by ourselves in the plastic play house with the dirt floor, and he was happy as a pig in slop. Fun times!
